Meatless products are used by the meat processing industry worldwide. We are leading in fat replacement and have a track record of successful lean beef and pork products, offering fat contents as extreme as 5% in beef. Reduction of >35% fat becomes easy using Meatless and mouthfeel, fat experience and taste are similar to full-fat originals. Meatless is also used as an extender in meat products to reduce animal protein content by up to 50% for environmental or health reasons. Meatless is one of the leading companies in delivering techniques for so-called “hybrid” or “blended” products that contain part meat and part plant-based textured products. Meatless textured products are not made by extrusion techniques, which makes them very different from regular TVP’s. We offer low processed whole food textures, made from a range of different raw materials, both grains, and pulses. We are also able to texturize pure starches or food-fibre, which will open a full new range of opportunities in the coming years.
Technically we offer you a heat stable product which can even be deep fried, a product with an excellent water holding capacity and a very clean taste. The products are GMO free and within our portfolio we have hypo allergenic varieties, glutenfree varieties and SKAL certified organic varieties.
