Dehydrated Fava Beans Flake Fine (DFF)
The Dehydrated Faba Flake Fine has a natural beige colour and a flake size of ≤10mm. With a protein content of 14.8% the product is stable at 2 to 30°C in a closed polybag and within a pH value range of 5.8 to 6.5. This ingredient can be declared as (textured) faba bean flour and as such has a minimal impact on the ingredient list of the final product application.
