Meatless ® presented it's hybrid solutions in Frankfurt and Milan

At IFFA 2025 in Frankfurt, Meatless ® impressed with an eye-catching presentation of different type of hybrid meat products that define the future of food. The star of the Meatless ® booth was the Hybrid Food Truck, offering visitors an unforgettable taste experience by offering a range of hybrid products, including beef burgers, chicken burgers, pork sausages, fish burgers, and even pizza. At the same time, Meatless® showcased hybrid products at Tuttofood 2025 in Milan. The direct feedback received was very exciting! Attendees couldn’t stop talking about the juicy texture, familiar taste, and authentic bite of hybrid products.

The enthusiasm at both fairs made it clear: the market is ready for hybrid. Retailers, food industry leaders and even culinary chefs recognized the powerful potential of hybrid solutions to protect the environment without compromising on taste or enjoyment. Furthermore,  the plant-based part of hybrid supports a cost-effective, stable supply chain of raw materials. Also this aspect was important for the visitors of the fairs, since they are the ones faced with rising meat prices. And what we already hoped for, was (again) confirmed at the IFFA and at Tuttofood: the Meatless® technology applied to rice and European Faba Bean strikes the perfect balance with animal proteins in terms of juiciness, mouthfeel, and taste.

Supported by all the positive reactions, Meatless® is convinced that hybrid meat products are the pathway to make transition happen towards a more plant-based, sustainable future.
