Meatless is preparing for the future by scaling up production capacity in a two-year major investment scheme. In 2019 frozen production capacity was doubled and this summer one of the largest food grade drying installations in the south of Holland is being installed. The machine is big, over nine metres high, which is why we decided to build it in the open air and create the building around it later. It will be operative from October 2020 and will quadruple our capacity for the dehydrated textured products.
